Its OTSC (Over-The-Scope Clip) platform is widely used for advanced endoscopic interventions. Role Description The Sales Representative position is being offered to an experienced sales professional in the field of medical devices, preferably with a strong background in the area of Therapeutic Gastroenterology or General/Colorectal Surgery.

This individual will be responsible for quota attainment in the territory. This includes supporting the sales and marketing process of the company’s medical devices and services to hospitals, physicians, and the medical staff. The Sales Representative role includes product launch support, implementing medical staff training programs, sales training, and providing case support of new product introductions.

The sales professional must possess strong communication and organizational skills, a warm personality, confidence, and business professionalism to effectively address the needs, questions, and concerns of our existing and potential new customers. Currently the markets being served are Therapeutic Gastroenterology, Colo-Rectal Surgeons and Surgeons performing endoluminal surgery.

Successful applicants will undergo sales and product training with the Marketing Director at our Corporate Office and with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Trainer in the field. The individual must be highly self-motivated with a strong clinical aptitude to effectively convey clinical indications and medical technology relevant to supporting our product portfolio.

\n


\n

Selling medical devices involves significant interaction with potential and current clients on their timetables, meaning that working hours are highly variable. A willingness to travel is a requirement of this position with an occasional weekend commitment to support physician product training and meetings.

Duties

  • Drive the company sales process, attend meetings, and provide service and support to customers when and where needed.
  • \n
  • Train customers on products and procedures to match the correct product to the right procedural indication.
  • \n
  • Lead customer focused training programs as part of the product launch process.
  • \n
  • Develop relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and delivering results.
  • \n
  • Responsible for quota attainment in the territory by supporting the sales and marketing process of the company’s medical devices and services to hospitals, physicians and medical staff

Qualifications

  • \n
  • A 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. 2-3 years proven sales experience in the field of medical devices is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • \n
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • \n
  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug tests as needed
