Position - Sales Representative
Location - Winston Salem, NC

Description - This person will focus heavily on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support the company's sales team. You will not make cold calls, but will respond to inquiries and warm leads over the phone and via email. You will qualify clients and address their key needs while working with multiple departments internally to move the sales process forward and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. - Fundamental knowledge of residential home building/construction is required
- Previous experience in a sales role communicating over the phone and via email required
- Previous consumer/retail sales experience required, preferably in an industry such as real estate, home remodels or mortgage sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong computer skills required
- Ability to work on-site in an office setting
