Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Evaluate the unique insurance needs of prospective clients to recommend appropriate coverage options.

Proactively reach out to new leads to share the value we bring to our local community.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled with care.

Collaborate with our existing team to refine our outreach strategies and improve client retention.

Participate in local community events to build our agencys presence in the Chino area.

Continue your professional development by staying updated on changing insurance regulations and market trends.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in California.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Experience using insurance industry software and standard CRM platforms.

Capacity to explain complex policy details in clear, everyday language.

Organized approach to managing your daily pipeline and client follow-ups.
