What You’ll Do
- Represent a company customers can trust to care about their homes and businesses.
- Identify new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing clients.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that truly meet their needs.
- Negotiate fair agreements that create value for both customers and the company.
- Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Travel throughout your territory (personal vehicle required).
- Work one Saturday a month (9am–1pm) to connect with more customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outside sales experience (pest control or related industry a plus).
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
