What You'll Do

• Dive into construction documents and specs to estimate jobs and deliver winning proposals.
• Build strong connections with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate, problem-solve, and follow up to ensure every client is delighted.
• Achieve ambitious sales and profit targets, secure regular service customers, and introduce new products to the market.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of sales or construction industry experience, with a proven record of territory growth. Automatic Door Sales Experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and the drive to get out and make things happen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence, independence, and a collaborative spirit.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude and comfort with numbers.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
