Job Description
Wilsonart is seeking an experienced Metro Territory Sales Representative to support Western North Carolina, portions of South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Wilsonart products across a diverse customer base including millwork fabricators, OEMs, kitchen and bath firms, furniture manufacturers, and contractors.
This position partners with Specification Representatives to support specification efforts within the design community while driving demand, developing new business, and growing existing accounts. The role requires a consultative sales approach and a strong focus on territory growth. Performs other tasks as required.
Territory: Western North Carolina, portions of South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee
Nearest Distribution Facility: Greenville, SC

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a closely related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:
3+ years of proven field sales experience
Experience selling in the building materials space is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20-50lbs)
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Examples: executive, management and support positions
