Crowe Custom Countertops is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Acworth, Georgia.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the countertop selection and purchasing process while building relationships that drive long-term business success.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and business partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the sales process.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to sales growth.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and confidently present product options and pricing.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to convert opportunities into completed projects.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success.

Project Coordination

• Manage customer projects from the initial consultation through final installation.
• Communicate project details clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Customer Experience

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their project.
• Resolve questions and concerns quickly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and help strengthen Crowe's reputation for quality and service.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Experience in cabinetry, countertops, construction, remodeling, flooring, kitchen and bath design, or other home improvement industries is a plus.
