Sales Representative / Account Executive

  Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business through outbound prospecting, follow‑up, and lead management
  • Work from existing lead database and identify opportunities for re‑engagement
  • Own the full sales cycle:
  • • Lead creation and qualification
  • • Discovery and solution positioning
  • • Quoting and proposal management
  • • Persistent follow‑up through close
  • Collaborate directly with engineering and leadership to design solutions
  • Consistently produce new revenue, with clear monthly performance benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
  • Build long‑term relationships within assigned accounts and territories

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new prospects
  • A genuine passion for selling
  • Ability to stay organized, follow up, and stick with opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment
  • Interest in technology, infrastructure, cloud, or compliance‑driven solutions
  • Prior B2B sales experience

   

  Work Environment & Expectations

  • Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Regional travel as needed within the tri‑state area
  • High accountability and strong emphasis on production
