If you’re a natural relationship builder who knows how to lead a great sales conversation, build trust, and close deals, this is your opportunity to turn those skills into serious earning potential.
At DiLucci CPA Firm, we help business owners and real estate investors make smarter financial decisions through strategic tax planning, tax preparation, accounting, and IRS services. We’re looking for a driven sales professional who can connect with business owners, uncover their needs, and confidently guide them toward the right solution.
You’ll sell high-value services ranging from $3,500 to $20,000+, working with prospective clients who want to protect their wealth, reduce their tax burden, and grow their businesses.
This is a performance-driven role with a $120,000-$150,000+ on-target earnings opportunity for someone who can consistently convert qualified prospects into clients. You’ll own your pipeline, lead inbound sales conversations, and play a direct role in the firm’s growth.
We value consultative selling over pushy sales tactics. The ideal candidate knows how to listen, ask the right questions, communicate value, and make prospects feel confident in their decision. Experience selling to business owners is essential; tax experience is a major plus.
Lead inbound sales calls with business owners and guide them through the buying process.
Build trust, uncover client needs, and communicate the value of our tax and accounting services.
Close high-value deals while consistently working toward monthly sales targets.
Own your pipeline, manage follow-ups, and nurture prospects who need more time to make a decision.
Keep CRM records, prospect notes, and sales tracking accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to client onboarding.
Stay sharp on our service offerings, sales processes, and the needs of business-owner clients.
Consistently hit a minimum 25% close rate or $200K in monthly closed sales.
Maintain a healthy, organized pipeline with consistent follow-up.
Deliver a professional, high-trust sales experience that makes clients feel confident in their decision.
Communicate clearly with the team and ensure every new client transitions smoothly into the firm.
Take ownership of your performance and continuously improve your sales results.
Must-have:
Exceptional communication skills over the phone and video.
Experience selling to small and midsize business owners.
A consultative sales approach focused on understanding needs and communicating value.
Strong follow-through, organization, and pipeline management.
Self-motivation, accountability, and a competitive drive to hit targets.
The ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and continuously improve.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in tax, accounting, financial services, or professional services.
