About the RoleAt Twin Cities Siding Professionals, we're looking for a driven, people-first professional who thrives in a dual-function role - closing new business and owning the repair and warranty experience from start to finish. This isn't a siloed sales job or a back-office repair desk. You'll be the face of the company in both contexts: turning new leads into signed projects and turning repair visits into lasting relationships (and bigger opportunities).What You'll Be DoingSales ResponsibilitiesRun pre-set, qualified in-home appointments with homeownersInspect roofs, siding, and exterior projects - accurately assess scope and present solutionsBuild trust quickly and close high-value dealsSelf-generate additional opportunities through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networkingManage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and see deals through to closeRepair & Warranty ResponsibilitiesOwn the repair and warranty pipeline - manage all open jobs currently in the systemConduct on-site assessments for repair leads and present options to homeownersPerform repairs directly where applicable, or schedule and coordinate subcontractors to complete the workUse every repair and warranty interaction as an opportunity to build trust and identify upsell potential - from a targeted repair to a full projectFollow up on completed repairs to ensure satisfaction and generate referralsKeep detailed, accurate records of repair status, scheduling, and outcomes in the company CRMOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications1+ year of experience in roofing, siding, windows, in-home sales, or a related commission-based sales role (experience in car sales or retail sales considered)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordComfortable with roof inspections - not afraid of heightsStrong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with homeownersHighly organized and self-motivated - able to manage a multi-function workload independentlyComfortable working evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are availableComfortable with day-to-day technology tools - smartphone, tablet, CRM, email, scheduling, and basic reporting; willingness to learn new systems as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to climb ladders and access rooftops safely for inspection purposesComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions - heat, cold, rainAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as neededAbility to kneel, bend, and maneuver in tight spaces during repair workValid driver's license required; must be comfortable driving to multiple job sites daily This job description is intended to outline the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this role.
