On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $120,000+ annually

Are you a hunter who loves building relationships and closing deals?

Spartan Restoration is a fast-growing, locally owned property restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue our rapid expansion across Long Island and the NYC metro area.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow our proven sales program!
• Prospect aggressively through door-knocking, networking groups, and cold outreach
• Build and nurture a powerful network of referral partners (insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, contractors, plumbers, HVAC techs, etc.)
• Develop long-term relationships that consistently generate high-quality restoration leads
• Conduct on-site inspections and estimates for water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs
• Present proposals and close restoration projects with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Work closely with our operations and project management teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM system

Who We’re Looking For:

• Natural networker and relationship builder – you thrive on meeting new people every day
• Comfortable with door-knocking and in-person cold prospecting
• Self-motivated hunter with a proven track record in outside sales (restoration, roofing, construction, insurance, or home services experience is a big plus)
• Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
• Goal-oriented and money-motivated – you want uncapped earning potential
• Reliable, professional, and willing to hustle in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
