The ideal candidate has a proven history of success in consultative or luxury retail sales, demonstrates impeccable professionalism, and excels at cultivating long-term client relationships with both local and international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Excellence
Provide a refined, hospitality-driven client experience aligned with luxury brand standards
Conduct personalized product presentations and consultative selling conversations
Build deep product knowledge across multiple watch brands, collections, and movements
Actively develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through exceptional follow-up and relationship management
Support client outreach campaigns, private appointments, and boutique events
Deliver an elevated shopping experience to high-value and repeat clientele
Client Relationship Management
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records for all client interactions, preferences, and purchase history
Proactively schedule appointments, follow-ups, and after-sales communications
Utilize phone, text, email, handwritten letters, and digital communications to nurture long-term relationships
Represent the boutique with professionalism and discretion at all times
Operational & Boutique Excellence
Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory handling, and POS transactions
Maintain visual merchandising and showcase presentation standards in alignment with brand guidelines
Assist with product receiving, stock organization, pricing, and display upkeep
Ensure security awareness and proper handling of high-value timepieces
Contribute to team success through communication, collaboration, and accountability
Performance & Growth
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Set personal sales objectives beyond standard expectations and track progress proactively
Stay informed on new collections, product launches, and horological developments
Demonstrate a growth-mindset and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of retail or client-facing sales experience (luxury sales preferred)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal presentation
