About the Role:Allstate Insurance Agency – Gregg Blanchard is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Processor and Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities:- Process new insurance policy applications accurately and efficiently to ensure timely coverage
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Coordinate with sales agents to manage policy documentation and follow-up tasks
- Verify client information and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Maintain and update client records within agency management systems (CRM)
- Communicate with carriers to confirm policy binding, payments, and issuance
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to drive overall agency performance
Requirements:- Prior experience in insurance, sales support, or client onboarding preferred
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and general computer applications preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
