Position: Commission Review Specialist
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of commission payments for more than 600 In-Home Sales representatives. The Sales Compensation Analyst manages a high-volume commission process, reviewing sales transactions, validating commission calculations, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to support one of the organization's most important compensation programs.
