Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Industrial SalesConnect page as the central hub for seller- and partner-facing content, ensuring assets are current, organized, easy to find, and aligned to active campaigns, launches, and priorities.

2. Translate customer-focused Industrial messaging, campaign content, solution narratives, and launch materials into seller- and partner-ready kits, including talk tracks, content bundles, email copy, presentation materials, FAQs, training resources, and follow-up guidance.

3. Coordinate trainings for sellers and partners, including training calendars, session logistics, speaker and content readiness, communications, attendance support, post-session follow-up, and engagement tracking.

4. Support partner marketing motions, including partner-ready content, co-promotion support, joint webinar readiness, newsletters, campaign toolkits, and partner activation follow-up.

5. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Field, Demand Generation, Enablement, Web, and content stakeholders to connect Industrial campaigns and portfolio launches to seller and partner activation.

6. Maintain trackers and reporting for content status, seller engagement, partner participation, training attendance, campaign activation, stakeholder decisions, and follow-up gaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years in B2B sales enablement, partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, content operations, or GTM program management.

2. Strong ability to turn complex customer-focused content into clear, actionable seller and partner enablement materials.

3. Experience managing content hubs, enablement portals, or similar platforms such as SalesConnect.

4. Experience coordinating seller, partner, field, or customer-facing training programs.

5. Strong project management, stakeholder management, written communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background supporting enterprise technology, industrial, IoT, networking, OT/security, SaaS, or B2B partner ecosystem programs.

2. Familiarity with seller enablement motions, partner activation workflows, campaign kits, sales plays, launch enablement, or field communications.

3. Ability to manage multiple workstreams across content, training, partner activation, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.
