Come join Amazon Key for Business to help transform the delivery experience for customers with unprecedented quality, efficiency and scale. Each time a package is delivered by an Amazon associate, technology is at the scene, and behind the scene. Today, Key for Business Technology supports Amazon Logistics and its scope is expanding every day.

Our team is actively seeking motivated and multi-talented individuals who are passionate about transforming the logistics and package delivery operations. We are inventing the next-generation smart delivery operation with latest technologies in IoT (Internet-of-Things). We develop technology-based solutions matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity and scale.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work through the Sales Operations Organization to develop plans, processes, and optimization strategies that drive efficiency and scale across the team. You will partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to identify short term and long term operational goals, define and develop new processes to eliminate bottlenecks, and drive scalable methods of tracking and improving team performance.

A critical component of this role will be leveraging the latest AI tools and resources to streamline existing workflows, automate repeatable processes, and operationalize new efficiencies across the sales operations function. The Sales Operations Manager will become a deep subject matter expert in Sales Operations procedures, blockers, and bottlenecks. You will partner with cross-functional teams including KfB"s Business Intelligence, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions that enable the sales operations team to achieve its goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes are executed in line with Amazon"s customer obsessed culture and that installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner.

Some ideal qualities for this role include:

An Objective Driven Leader: You are highly motivated to hit both sales and operational objectives and deliver results with high standards. You bring structure and accountability to everything you own and inspire others to do the same.

A World-Class Negotiator: You thrive in complex and high-stake situations. You can identify win-win solutions and drive alignment across teams in the best interest of Amazon and our partners.

A Relationship Builder: You create and maintain strong relationships with business leaders within Amazon and with strategic partners. You leverage existing relationships or create new ones to help execute on operational and strategic initiatives.

A Great Strategist: You are able to think big about how to scale operations at various life cycle stages. You have great business acumen and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

A Problem Solver and Efficiency Driver: You have a natural instinct for identifying inefficiencies and a bias toward action. You are resourceful, creative, and deeply knowledgeable in leveraging AI tools and modern technology to build smarter, faster, and more scalable processes.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Access-as-a-Service sector. The Sales Operations function within KfB is a highly visible program, and performance metrics will be tracked by senior leaders across different organizations.

About the Company

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
