We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist with a focus on import/export documentation, logistics, and sales support. As the ideal candidate, you'll prepare and review import/export documents, develop and optimize logistics resources, process orders, and support the US sales team. We need you to:

  1. Prepare and review import and export documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Develop, allocate and optimize export logistics resources and their execution to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Process orders promptly, including checking inventory status, tracking production progress, coordinating shipment, and monitoring logistics.
  4. Perform monthly reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
  5. Follow up on sales contract approval and filing and prepare regional sales reports.
  6. Assist with internal work for the US sales team, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support. We would like you to have:
  7. At least 2 years of relevant experience in international trade or logistics with a good understanding of US import and export trade processes and documentation.
  8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing, timely in coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth customs clearance and feedback.
  9. Excellent English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
  10. Bachelor's degree in international trade or logistics related majors preferred.
  11. Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
  12. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adaptable to change.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  14. Familiarity with CRM and ERP software is preferred. What we will provide:
