We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist with a focus on import/export
documentation, logistics, and sales support. As the ideal candidate, you'll prepare and review
import/export documents, develop and optimize logistics resources, process orders, and support the
US sales team.
We need you to:
- Prepare and review import and export documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop, allocate and optimize export logistics resources and their execution to ensure timely
delivery.
- Process orders promptly, including checking inventory status, tracking production progress,
coordinating shipment, and monitoring logistics.
- Perform monthly reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Follow up on sales contract approval and filing and prepare regional sales reports.
- Assist with internal work for the US sales team, including but not limited to, coordinating
meetings, and providing administrative support.
We would like you to have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in international trade or logistics with a good
understanding of US import and export trade processes and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing, timely in coordinating
shipments, and ensuring smooth customs clearance and feedback.
- Excellent English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Bachelor's degree in international trade or logistics related majors preferred.
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP software is preferred.
