Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Hospital/Healthcare operations
• Experience with sales order lifecycle / order processing
• Experience with inventory management, allocation, reconciliation, and billing
• Experience resolving billing, pricing, delivery, and order discrepancies
• Experience processing sales order/invoice adjustments and disputes
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently/remotely
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Professional and proactive approach to customer/sales requests
