    Job Description

    The Sales Ops Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing operational processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring accurate data management within Salesforce (SFDC). This position is responsible for overseeing opportunity workflows, supporting client engagement logistics, and maintaining compliance with internal processes to drive efficient sales execution. How will you make an impact:

    Candidate must reside in the West Coast Region

    What will you do:

    • Coordinate with administrative support teams to organize and schedule client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently

    • Enter and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new sales opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), tracking progress through the full lifecycle to award Enter and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely updates and completion throughout the lifecycle

    • Partner with Legal to coordinate the review, processing, and oversight of contractual documents, including MSAs, amendments, and other agreements • Manage and coordinate high-priority authorizations, ensuring timely handling and escalation when necessary

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce (SFDC) data to support forecasting and reporting needs

    • Develop and maintain reporting and tracking mechanisms for sales opportunities within SFDC How will you get here

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role

    • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

    • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

    • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.  

     Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong business understanding and knowledge of contract terms/processes; experience working with legal or contract management

    • Experience preparing and reviewing client-facing documents and proposals

    • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting

    • Ability to build reports and dashboards within Salesforce

    • Skilled in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

    • Flexibility and willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

    • Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Professional approach and demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders

    Working Conditions and Environment:

    • Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.

    • Travel, both domestic and international.

    • Interaction with clients/associates required.

    • Long varied hours required occasionally.

    • Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups both internally & externally.

    • Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.

    • Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions

    • Ability to perform under stress. Physical Requirements:

    • Frequently stationery for 6-8 hours per day

    • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.

    • Moderate mobility required.

    • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

    • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and offthe-shelf.

    • Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues. Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.

    • Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.

    • Regular and consistent attendance.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $60,000.00–$100,000.00.

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
