Build repeatable materials and action tracking for L10s, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, Account reviews, and annual planning.
Serve as the Sales business owner for HubSpot processes, data standards, workflows, dashboards, and adoption controls
Partner with Technology on HubSpot configuration, integrations, testing, and data reconciliation across other sales systems
Reduce manual reporting through standardized data models, automation, and self-service dashboards
Support territory, capacity, quota, and sales-compensation planning in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance
Build and maintain the infrastructure for onboarding, the Sales Playbook, skill tracking, and performance evaluations.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, territory or account assignment, leading routing, and performance reporting.
Ability to translate business needs into clear processes and system requirements
Strong project-management skills and a record of taking cross-functional initiatives from definition through adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence leaders without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Helpful Experience:
Travel, tour operator, cruise, hospitality, or travel-advisor distribution experience.
Affinity, dealer, franchise, channel, or other relationship-based sales models.
HubSpot administration or certification.
Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, or experience working with a data warehouse.
Softrip, TourTools, or comparable travel-industry platforms.
EOS or another structured operating system.
