Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
4 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
4 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

The Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The GCS Revenue Programs teams lead the strategy, design, planning and operations of a highly cross-functional landscape. The Revenue Programs team delivers a unified set of scalable programs (i.e., full go-to-market for a set of defined customer segments) that ensure advertiser and partner success which generate incremental growth for Google. To do so, the team partners with multiple teams globally across Sales, Vendors, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Engineering. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth areas. With subject matter experts in delivering strategy and process improvement, team members are strategic and analytical thinkers with a pragmatic approach to delivering high impact at scale.
In this role, you will lead go-to-market strategy design for our specialist teams, to drive the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. You will work on complex, cross-functional initiatives, driving strategic program, product and go-to-market decisions to grow the GCS business. You will lead projects from conception to implementation, including customer segmentation, GTM planning, and change management. Your work will involve sophisticated quantitative analysis and modeling to provide data-driven insights for new initiatives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $234000 - $325000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Lead collaboration with and support of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions on key strategic processes and initiatives.
Lead core strategic initiatives for RSO, Product & Solutions Activation (PSA) and GCS to improve program and product performance and drive go-to-market excellence, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights.
Build close relationships and work closely with teams across functions including program teams, global product leads, regional teams, sales, sales finance, and operations.
Identify quantitative and qualitative insights, articulate coherent and compelling conclusions and recommendations, and design rigorous execution plans.
Manage multiple priorities at any given time across their lifecycles, from defining problem statement, running analysis or developing compelling conceptual frameworks/solutions, to syndicating, and driving implementation.
