The Sales Operations Managerwillplay a critical role in the company's success by taking a hands-on approach toleading the development and ongoing enhancement of the CRM system used tomanage dealer network information, while collaborating closely with the sales operationsteam, cross-functional partners, and global teammates. Managing the CRM, dealerdata, and driving ease of use of dealer management tools are the coreresponsibilities of the role.
The Sales Operations Managerwill work cross-functionally and partner globally to identify areas for processimprovement, oversee report management, and proactively assess and understanduser needs, with a focus on streamlining processes and leveraging automationwhere possible. This role will serve as the key point of contact foridentifying and troubleshooting functional, process, and system issues in NorthAmerica and managing them through to resolution.

§Administering the CRM,including testing and upgrades, as well as integrations with other platformsand systems, and assisting HQ in identifying opportunities to connect to thePositec Portal and other third-party vendors.
§Ensures that customer databaseand communication records are updated and maintained, coordinating contentcleaning and maintenance to generate necessary reports, analysis, andutilization optimization.
§Focus on dealer management,including but not limited to dealer onboarding, data maintenance, dataintegrity, mapping, and dealer development tools.
§Build and maintain anindustry-leading awareness of HubSpot and other capabilities, trends, androadmaps to assist in driving engagement and leveraging CRM tools to theirfullest.
§Develop strategy and lead theexecution of user account management (e.g., creating different account profilesfor appropriate levels of data access, creating new user accounts, androutinely deactivating inactive user accounts).
§Support and deliver end-usertraining/documentation as well as assessment of use and opportunities fordevelopment and upskilling.
§Analyze data to help optimizedealer interactions and perform quality control checks of data.
§Partner with other team membersand cross-functional global groups as necessary to ensure data integration andmaintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
§Participate in field business complianceaudits.
§Leadspecialprojects asassignedbymanagement.

§Bachelor’s degreein a relevant field or a combination of education and experience.
§Working knowledge of HubSpot orsimilar CRM software applications preferred.
§Ability to work in ateam-oriented, collaborative environment.
§Strong analytical skills, with attention todetail and the ability to thrive in a data-oriented, analytical environment.
§Solid working knowledge of CRM platforms andstrong ability to build custom apps and objects, rules, queries, dashboards,and workflows.
§Ability to be proactive and shift prioritiesas projects and/or timelines demand.

§Excellent customerservice/relationship skills.
