Description

Our client in merchandising services is looking a Sales Operations & Inventory Planning Executive.

Position Summary:

This position plays a key role in supporting sales growth by ensuring inventory availability, maintaining accurate forecasting, and providing insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Planning & Demand Management
  • Develop and monitor demand forecasts based on sales trends and business needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and product performance to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain inventory, sales, and operational performance reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support business decisions.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support inventory planning and product availability.
  • Participate in inventory reviews and planning discussions.
  • Assist in resolving inventory and product availability issues.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain management, or related functions preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, business intelligence platforms, or data analytics technologies is preferred.
  • Available for travel and visit some customers
