Our client in merchandising services is looking a Sales Operations & Inventory Planning Executive.
Position Summary: This position plays a key role in supporting sales growth by ensuring inventory availability, maintaining accurate forecasting, and providing insights that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Planning & Demand Management
Develop and monitor demand forecasts based on sales trends and business needs.
Monitor inventory levels and product performance to ensure adequate stock availability.
Identify opportunities to reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare and maintain inventory, sales, and operational performance reports.
Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support business decisions.
Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support inventory planning and product availability.
Participate in inventory reviews and planning discussions.
Assist in resolving inventory and product availability issues.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain management, or related functions preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management platforms preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, business intelligence platforms, or data analytics technologies is preferred.
Available for travel and visit some customers
