Preferred Qualification • Experience with enterprise procurement or financial systems such as Ariba is a plus.Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support administrative, purchasing, financial, and operational activities across three business units within the Sales organization. This role is ideal for an experienced coordinator who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and owning detailed processes involving purchasing, budgets, billing, events, inventory, and business records. The successful candidate will work closely with business-unit managers and functional teams and will be expected to communicate professionally while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Financial Administration • Create, execute, and manage internal purchase orders through the Ariba procurement portal. • Coordinate required management approvals for purchase orders, programs, and SG&A expenses. • Administer the corporate purchasing card and support business-related purchasing requests. • Maintain business-unit budgets and review monthly GL activity to identify and correct discrepancies. • Support sales-program financial billing, cost tracking, and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Meetings & Events • Coordinate internal and external department meetings, including venue sourcing, RFPs, logistics, and coordination with corporate services. • Support national industry trade shows, including hotels, apparel, logistics, schedules, and team coordination. Administrative & Operations Support • Process and track internal department orders such as business cards, apparel, customer materials, and related items. • Manage internal web-user access and training access requests. • Complete weekly and monthly inventory reports and ensure timely submissions. • Maintain customer mailing lists and program records. • Serve as the department lead for document and records retention, including on-site and off-site records.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
