Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-driven, data-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales team of 25+ designers in the home services space.
This role is the backbone of our sales organization-responsible for tracking performance, enforcing process discipline, and driving accountability through Salesforce.
If you've worked in home improvement, in-home sales, or a service-based business using Salesforce, you'll have a major advantage.

- Flag underperforming designers or missed opportunities
You catch problems before they cost money
Sales Team & Leadership Support
- Prepare reports for weekly sales meetings
- Support Sales Managers with clean, actionable data
- Help drive accountability across the team
You make the sales team sharper and more effective
️ CRM Discipline & Process Enforcement
- Ensure Salesforce is consistently and accurately updated

No shortcuts-data integrity matters here
What Success Looks Like

- Faster lead response times and improved follow-up
- Higher conversion rates without increasing lead volume
- Clean, reliable Salesforce data
- A culture of accountability across the sales team
