HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DOJob Description:Value Creation:- Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective internal communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collect current view of all processes and templates strategic accounts use for internal and external discussion. Prioritize where standardization and improved analytics can provide value for internal and external discussions. Develop process and/or templates then roll out.
- Support the strategic account leaders to use, implement, and improve standards.
- Collaborate with other Commercial Operation functions such as Business Unit leaders, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development.
Operational Excellence:- Collaborate with peers to share standard processes and develop new or generally applicable client strategies and initiatives.
- Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, consistent follow-up and communications that drive execution of assigned projects.
- As requested, represent the Strategic Accounts team with other groups and functions to administer customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.

Education / Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics/operations, commercial business/portfolio management, or a related field.
