Pay Rate: $35-40 Hourly OT40

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 3+ YOE in Business development and sales
Education requirements: bachelors or equivalent
 
Must have skills:
Managing and restarting business line for clientProducts
Manual and knitty-gritty intake tasks: pushing brand visibility, cold calls, etc
Processing inventory, working with logistics teams, Operations management, purchase orders
 
Nice to have skills:
Independent worker, self starter
Has worked in sales in a client facing role, can manage challenging conversations in a corporate environment
Is interested in a start-up-like environment, looking for new opportunities
  
Previous industry experience preference: Yes

Role Purpose
The Business Development & Sales Associate will support the growth of the Bulk/B2B business by:
• Capturing and converting inbound demand
• Supporting proactive pipeline generation
• Managing customer relationships and order intake
• Coordinating cross-functional execution for timely delivery
 
This role is critical to enabling the Bulk business to scale as both a revenue driver and brand-building channel.
 
Responsibilities
1. Lead Intake & Customer Management
• Manage bulk order inquiries via intake systems and email channels
• Gather key inputs (order size, customization requirements, timelines)
• Guide customers through the end-to-end ordering process
 
2. Sales & Conversion
• Support pricing discussions using standardized rate cards
• Partner with clients on product selection and customization options
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed orders
 
3. Business Development Support
• Identify and drive outreach (cold calls) to target segments:
    • Corporate gifting and promotional agencies
    • Services industry (hotels, restaurants, organizations like Sodexo)
    • Universities and institutional partners
 
5. Order & Project Management
• Track orders through full lifecycle (inquiry → fulfillment)
• Maintain visibility into approvals, production timelines, and delivery milestones
• Provide regular updates to customers
 
6. Process & Operational Improvement
• Support improvements to intake forms and customer experience
