Position Description:

Seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Merchandiser to join our team for an immediate contract opportunity in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role involves working on-site within local retail accounts to ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives, maintaining organized back stock, building attractive displays, and fostering positive relationships with store personnel. Flexibility to travel between 4-5 stores daily, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and work on ladders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel within designated territory to service and stock retail accounts.
• Assist sales representatives by stocking store shelves, handling beverage cases, and replenishing back stock.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff and sales teams.
• Build promotional displays and maintain point-of-sale marketing materials.
• Organize and rotate products to ensure freshness and visibility.
• Maintain a clean and safe back-stock area.
• Accurately record time worked, adhering to labor laws.
• Collaborate with team members to support sales and merchandising goals.
• Demonstrate company's core values through professional behaviors.

Required Skills, Education, Certifications:

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean DMV record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in grocery or retail merchandising.
• Knowledge of industry products and effective store layout.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
