Sales Director Location: Boulder, Colorado | Full-Time The Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the company's U.S. sales team to achieve its business objectives. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships and identifying new market opportunities. The Sales Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. • Establish sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. • Generate and maintain new accounts while leading the sales team to do the same. • Monitor and track sales performance, providing guidance and corrective actions where necessary. • Develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with marketing strategies. • Assist in planning sales exhibits and attending industry trade shows to promote products and expand market reach. • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance. • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of engagement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. • Develop marketing plans for contract accounts and assist with contract negotiations and sales closings. • Conduct regular visits and business reviews with key clients to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices. • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management and provide data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize market penetration. • Utilize SaleForce and sales analytics tools to track sales performance and identify improvement areas. • Performs other duties as requested or assigned. What You'll Bring Experience/Education • At least ten (10) years of experience in pharmaceutical or skincare sales, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • High school diploma or GED is required. • Bachelor's Degree in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. • Valid Colorado driver's license is required.
