Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will own end-to-end revenue growth across inbound and outbound channels. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities – Sales

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Build and manage a qualified SaaS pipeline
• Conduct product demos and value-based selling
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Maintain CRM, reporting, and forecasting

Key Responsibilities – Marketing

• Execute go-to-market strategy
• Drive lead generation through digital campaigns
• Own sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies
• Optimize funnel conversion and campaign ROI

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of social media marketing
