Due to a recent promotion, GateWay at River City is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales efforts, grow occupancy, and share our mission across Illinois.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies that drive inquiries, tours, move-ins, and occupancy growth
- Build trusted relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, community organizations, prospective residents, and families
- Strengthen GateWay at River City's visibility throughout Illinois
- Educate the community about affordable supportive living and help families understand their available options
- Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, events, and lead generation
- Track sales activity, monitor results, and adjust strategies to achieve performance goals
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales success in supportive living (preferred) or healthcare industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service orientation and dedicated resident advocate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
