What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with management, ensuring a strong customer-focused culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, minimum 2 years.
- Must have strong Coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Experienced Closer
- Strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
