The primary goal is to maximize opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the West Coast region.Main Tasks Territory responsibility – Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North & South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, WashingtonSupports the business in strategy execution and implementation of the regional growth plan (prepare a strategic sales plan focused on target accounts and markets, supports order analysis, reviews contracts, prepares and maintains relevant documentation)Provide ongoing technical support and ensure high quality customer service (follow-up of orders, customer visits, prepare and conduct customer presentations)Serve as a liaison between the customer and M+H departments, understand customer needs and initiatePrepare the price analyses, as well as the operational sales planningPrepare and conduct price negotiations for new projects and customersSupport the business with market research and industry intelligenceIdentify and develop new customer for driving growthAccelerate new channel partner (distributor, OEM, integrator) relationshipsYour Profile University degree or equivalent education in the field of EngineeringCurrently live in California or TexasAt least 3 years of relevant business experience in sales and/or business development within water treatment and/or membrane filtrationAbility to demonstrate successful territory growthCustomer driven, organization and coordination skills, self-motivated and ability to work under pressureAbility to travel approximately 40%Conflict management, strong communication skillsBasic system experience (MS Office, Excel, Sales Force, SAP, etc.)Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Sales and Business DevelopmentSalary expectations, benefits or other terms are not provided in this description.#J-18808-Ljbffr
