Tucson Media Partners, the marketing arm of the Arizona Daily Star and tucson.com, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering digital and multimedia marketing solutions to local businesses.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue goalsDrive growth through targeting, acquiring, and retaining clientsBuild and execute go-to-market strategies across key verticalsChampion our brand in the community through networking and partnershipsReinforce CRM best practices and support long-term, consultative salesIntegrate training, coaching, and performance development into daily routines
What You Bring:
3-5 years of successful sales leadership experienceStrong coaching, communication, and negotiation skillsPassion for digital marketing and ability to learn quicklyExperience with digital advertising highly preferredCRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
