Ultimate Autographs is a fast-growing sports memorabilia company built on live commerce, digital marketing, and unforgettable customer experiences. With multiple livestream breakrooms and expanding wholesale and live events businesses, we're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to help scale our operations and drive sustainable revenue growth.
About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead sales performance and growth strategies across our livestream breakrooms, sports memorabilia wholesale business, and live events. This role will oversee sales team performance, own revenue and profitability targets, and use data-driven strategies to identify opportunities, improve results, and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Growth Strategy: Own revenue and gross margin performance, develop sales forecasts, establish KPIs, and execute strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Live Commerce Performance: Optimize livestream sales through performance tracking, show strategy, customer engagement, conversion improvements, and repeat-purchase initiatives.
- Wholesale & Business Development: Drive new account acquisition, strengthen existing customer relationships, and build scalable sales processes to expand wholesale revenue.
- Live Events Sales: Develop strategies to increase event attendance, revenue, and profitability through targeted outreach, partnerships, group sales, and customer engagement.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop hosts, producers, and business development representatives through clear goals, performance scorecards, and ongoing feedback.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze sales metrics, test new strategies and offers, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and creative teams to execute growth initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales management, or growth-oriented commercial roles, preferably in e-commerce, product sales, or live commerce.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and scaling sales teams and processes in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital sales funnels, sales KPIs, and customer lifecycle value.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and achieve measurable performance goals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort with experimentation and change.
- Preferred: Experience in sports, livestream commerce, collectibles, retail, e-commerce, or other customer-engagement-driven sales environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
- Additional Compensation: Eligible for performance-based bonuses
