Turn new interest into athletes who show up.
D1 Training is hiring two part-time Sales Managers to nurture advertising leads for our Allen and Southlake locations. Own the follow-through from first inquiry to attended appointment, build trust with prospective athletes and families, and help them take the next step.
Speed matters. During covered working hours, respond to new leads within one minute as the goal, with five minutes as the maximum. Consistent follow-up and appointments that actually happen are the core of this role.
What you will do
How success is measured
Conversion from lead to attended appointment is the highest priority. The two part-time hires share daily team targets of 150 outbound calls and 10 scheduled appointments, supported by fast response times, accurate CRM records, and strong follow-through. Bookings alone do not define success-attendance does.

Apply with your resume and tell us how you turn a new lead into an appointment that shows.
