Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed volume, gross, and CSI goals
- Drive processes that maximize our deep inventory and modern facility advantages
- Oversee daily sales operations, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with management on inventory strategy, promotions, and customer experience initiatives
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
- Proven automotive sales management experience (CDJR or similar franchise preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and results-oriented track record
- Ability to leverage inventory depth, facility advantages, and market size into consistent growth
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
