Sales Manager | Advisor Development & Growth Leader

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, development, coaching, and leadership of financial professionals. You will work closely with advisors to help them build successful practices while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-focused service.

This is a leadership role that offers flexibility while maintaining strong engagement with your team and clients. Sales Managers may retain ownership of a personal book of business and continue personal production while leading and growing their team.

Core Responsibilities

· Recruit, attract, and onboard talented financial professionals

· Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on long-term success and retention

· Coach, mentor, and supervise advisors to help them achieve production and career goals

· Establish professional networks and cultivate referral sources to generate a consistent pipeline of candidates

· Drive annual production goals through sales of protection, investment, wealth management, and financial planning solutions

· Conduct strategic planning and performance management initiatives to enhance team results

· Foster a positive, collaborative culture that supports growth, accountability, and client service excellence

· Participate in ongoing leadership development, professional training, and joint work opportunities

· Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness and results

What You Bring

· 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related field

· Active Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses

· FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses

· Proven success in sales leadership, business development, financial advising, or team management

· Strong relationship-building and networking abilities

· Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach

· Strong organizational skills and accountability for measurable outcomes

· Ability to navigate change while maintaining team engagement and performance

· Passion for helping others grow professionally and personally

Compensation

The base for this position is $125,000 - $200,000 plus production based overrides. The base offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, required skill level, scope of responsibilities, and geographic location.
