Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 base salary (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus tied to store results
Top performers expected to earn $90K–$100K+, with additional upside based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will:
Support multiple store locations
Step in on the floor to help close deals when needed
Work alongside sales teams to improve performance
Help drive consistency across stores
Support team development and execution
