Job Description

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify, qualify, target, and develop new business opportunities in partnership with Marketing.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth within targeted market segments.
• Lead new business growth initiatives and support cross-functional Strategic Customer Service and Operations Teams.
• Achieve established sales revenue goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Prepare and communicate customer contact reports, monthly business updates, and management reports.
• Provide accurate new business forecasts and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure customer success and business growth.
• Travel to support customer engagement and business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven business development leadership experience within a fabrication manufacturing organization.
• Demonstrated success identifying and growing profitable B2B customer relationships.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer engagement.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
