About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you'll lead from the front—developing, coaching, and pushing a team of in-home sales reps to consistently exceed targets. You'll own the numbers, drive performance, and create a culture where competition and collaboration fuel success.

This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field, in the data, and in the trenches with your team.

Home services sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, etc.) is required.
