Sales / Manager

We are looking for a salesperson/manager to run our McHenry, IL branch. MIRK Inc. is a rental comapny that provides equipment for the utility and forestry industries. This position is full time. We are looking for a well rounded individual to be able to fulfill both roles.

Sales role: Will need to serve existing customers with there rental and sale needs for utility equipment. We need a self starter that is self motivated to acquire new accounts through calls and meetings with potential customers. Obtain orders and keep up accounts.

Manager role: Will be in charge of 2 to 3 other employees. Ability to schedule in the equipment to be serviced and DOT inspected. Having a mechanical or utility equipment background is preferred. Expectation is to have good leadership with initiative to set an example for employees.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Technical and mechanical knowledge
• Detail-oriented trouble-shooting skills needed for problem solving
• Accounting skills in order to run a successful shop
• Sales background
