About the Role:Hometown Sheds in Lincolnton, NC is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Manager to lead our team and grow our customer base. If you're passionate about sales, love connecting with people, and want to be part of a thriving local business, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations at the Lincolnton location
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive shed and outdoor structure sales
- Track sales performance metrics and report results to upper management
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to generate new business and increase brand awareness
Requirements:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Experience in retail, outdoor structures, home improvement, or related industry is a plus
