About the Role

Signarama is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, develop new business, and strengthen relationships with our customers. This role is ideal for someone who combines sales leadership with excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

You will oversee the sales process from initial prospecting and consultation through quoting, project coordination, and follow-up. You'll work closely with customers, designers, production staff, installers, and ownership to deliver high-quality signage and visual branding solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, outreach, and community involvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet with clients to understand their goals, budgets, timelines, and signage needs
• Recommend effective signage, graphics, displays, and visual branding solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, presentations, and sales agreements
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain timely follow-up with prospects and customers
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services
• Coordinate with design, production, permitting, and installation teams throughout each project
• Monitor project details to ensure customer expectations, deadlines, and quality standards are met
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Track sales activity, forecasts, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators
• Coach, support, and hold sales team members accountable, where applicable
• Stay informed about Signarama products, industry trends, competitors, and local market opportunities
• Represent Signarama professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community functions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and develop long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable using CRM, estimating, email, and standard business software
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, production, and installation teams
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required

Experience in the signage, printing, graphics, construction, advertising, or visual communications industry is preferred, but we are willing to consider strong sales professionals from other industries.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
