What You’ll LeadAs the
Sales Manager, you will own the performance and experience of the studio.
Business Leadership
- Drive revenue, membership growth, and studio profitability
- Manage payroll, expenses, and operational KPIs
- Oversee daily operations and maintain brand excellence
Sales & Membership Growth
- Lead the studio’s sales strategy and performance
- Coach and develop the sales team to exceed targets
- Build strong community relationships and local partnerships
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Associates and Coaches
- Lead weekly team meetings and monthly performance reviews
- Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
Studio Operations
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and high-energy
- Maintain equipment, inventory, and operational systems
- Execute corporate initiatives and marketing campaigns
Community Building
- Plan studio events, partnerships, and promotions
- Create a strong community around the brand
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a
motivated operator and leader, not just a manager.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or sales-driven environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing performance metrics
- Experience leading teams and building strong workplace culture
- Strong sales mindset and ability to coach others to success
- Comfortable managing operations for a $600K+ revenue business
