WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth, efficient business flow
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Hire, train, supervise, and retain top talent
- Create employee schedules that support both business needs and team success
- Drive membership, retail, and service sales performance
- Deliver an elevated guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Maintain inventory and ensure the center is fully stocked and operationally ready
- Oversee internal and external communication with professionalism and urgency
- Analyze business trends and execute strategies to maximize results
- Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth
