Your Role:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the sales department
Developing and implementing strategies to help the team meet and exceed sales goals
Hiring, training, and mentoring sales consultants to achieve their full potential
Ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and effectively
Stepping in to assist sales consultants in closing deals when needed
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships

What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in automotive sales
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
