Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze sales data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
