Sales Manager
Minimum 5 Years experience in Construction / Remodeling Sales
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to fill an opening with a construction located in the Metro Detroit area. The ideal candidates should have experience managing sales teams and working with home remodels.
Requirements of the Sales Manager
5 years of experience managing sales teams
3+ years of experience in home and/or basement remodeling
Experience developing, implementing and maintaining KPI's

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
Develop, implement at track KPI's for sales team
Drive revenue generations through developing sales team
Monitor daily and weekly sales goals for the team
Coach sales team member individually and hold team members accountable to daily & weekly goals
Develop and maintain clear processes
Ride-along and coach in-field as needed
