We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.


Benefits

• Listed pay of $130,000 - $150,000 includes base salary + bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience leading sales teams.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willingness to follow our proven sales system.
